Under conduct of Deputy Sheriff K McCartain of the High Court at Whangarei and on behalf of D G Lange who has obtained judgment in the Family Court of Western Australia and in exercise of the power of sale contained in the Sale Order dated 12 March 2020 ALL THAT parcel of land being 53.0725 hectares more or less contained in Lots 3, 4 and 5 Deposited Plan 390511 as comprised and described in Record of Titles 363200, 363201 and 363202 North Auckland Registry is offered for sale. The solicitor for D G Lange is Todd & Walker Law Limited.
The property comprises an irregular shaped land holding of 53.0725 hectares (more or less) with a northerly aspect and located off Oruru Rd, approximately 10 kilometers from Taipa and Doubtless Bay.
